The Role of Microbiomes
Since Pebble Labs’ technology uses naturally occurring microbes to deliver RNA, Directed Biotics™ is broadly applicable to plants or animals. The microbes we use are selected from the microbiome of the plant or animal of interest, and are added back to the microbiome as Directed Biotics™ to provide protection against diseases or pests.
Our first products are in shrimp aquaculture and produce such as potatoes and tomatoes.
